Alongside our Aesthetic Membership, we offer an upgraded, premium 1-1 coaching plan. 1-1 Online coaching removes generic workouts and loose fitting goals, and completely refines your training AND nutrition. We can give you all the buzz words like "no more guessing" and "a personalised plan", which you've heard everywhere else, but what is different about the Aesthetic Coaching Club is we understand progression...

Yes you get a personal workout plan every month, yes you get a specific nutrition and macro goal based off your targets, but these are all the bare minimum of what you should get for your investment in online coaching. What we do differently is smartly place you in our Aesthetic Timeline. Why? Because years working in the online space has taught us that not everyone is at the same stage. Some people just want the personal touch to their routine, some people want to go full send with daily nutrition tracking, and our first job as your coach is to find out where you are. 

Our app controls everything you need, workouts, diet tracking, direct messaging with your coach, access to community groups and challenges plus our unique on-demand workout library.

YOUR NUTRITION

How we tackle your nutrition is how it has worked for our over 100 clients we've worked with since 2024. We will calculate your calorie and macro goals first based off of your physiology (bodyweight, gender, age etc.) then adjusted for your personal goals (to lose or gain weight etc.). But it's not done there. Closely monitoring your tracking, starting off with 3 days a week and progressing when appropriate, we will make smart adjustments to calories and macros when we need to.

 

Constantly feeling hungry but hitting your calories and macros? You're not eating enough, even if you're trying to lose weight, you shouldn't be starving.

YOUR TRAINING

Don't panic, your workout plan is sorted. We'll build your plan based off your timetable, aiming for a minimum of 3 sessions per week. You'll be able to log, re-visit and understand your reps and sets. You will also be able to view form and technique videos for EVERY exercise, so even without a PT, you're not going to be lost with new exercises. Our coaches will include an appropriate cardio goal for you and don't forget you get premium access to the On-Demand Workout library for programme add-ons and substitutions.
